Ingredients

  • Frozen breaded fish I use the beer battered cod from Costco
  • Buns I love brioche
  • Sliced cheese swiss, cheddar, gruyere, whatever you like best!
  • Any toppings you like tartar sauce, pickles, pickled onions...

Instructions

  • Cook breaded fish according to package directions.
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, top fish filets with cheese and toast buns in the oven.
  • Assemble sandwiches, adding whatever toppings you like. Enjoy!
