Thaw a sheet of puff pastry on a parchment lined baking sheet. Gently roll it out once thawed. It shouldn’t spread more than a half inch.
Preheat oven to 400.
Spread cream cheese or greek yogurt over the pastry, leaving about ½ inch bare around the edges. Sprinkle with onion salt and shredded cheese. Add Asparagus, alternating up and down (See photo). Add salt and pepper to taste. Finish by zesting one lemon over top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and asparagus is fork tender.
