Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles. The perfect summer treat.
Hydrating, refreshing and healthy. Homemade popsicles are so much healthier than storebought. No unnecessary dies, no corn syrup, and no artificial flavours. Just fruit and water for the perfect summer treat you can feel good about eating.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Frozen strawberries
- Lemons
- Water
- Blender
- Popsicle sticks
- Popsicle molds or small cups
The Process:
The beauty of ice cream lies in its simplicity. Throw all the ingredients in a blender, blend, and pour into molds! Freeze, and BOOM: popsicle. Few things are easier in life.
Tips & Twists:
- Try adding herbs, like mint or basil for a fun, fresh twist
- Place slices of lemon or strawberry in the mold
- Try limes instead of lemons, for a limeade twist. You’ll want to use one or two more than the recipe calls for.
- Add coconut milk or cream to create creamsicles!
- Dip them in tajin once you pull them out of the freezer for a zesty, spicy twist
Be Creative:
Popsicles are such a quick and easy treat to make. Experiment with your favourite fruits and juices to find new favourite combinations.
Try pineapple juice and coconut milk to make a piña colada popsicle. Or orange juice and cream to make a creamsicle. The possibilities are nearly endless!

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- Juice of two lemons
- ¾ cup water
- 1 Tbsp liquid sweetener
- Lemon extract optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze at least 6 hours.
